If you would like some guidance, things I particularly enjoy include: established relationships, Victoriana/historical details, angst, strongly plotted stories. But please don't feel you have to include ANY of that.

I'm fairly flexible, but I'm not particularly gifted at explicit anything, and I'm not a fan of non-con.
What you would definitely prefer NOT to work with: Non-con, deathfics, PWP, heavy angst or "angst-lover" requests, torture porn (I don't mind inflicting whump in service of a plot, but pure whomp and nothing but isn't much fun)

If art, I'd be gobsmackingly happy if someone decided to illustrate something from one of my stories. :-) If fic, I adore casefic, missing-moments, slices of life, stories that showcase relationships. From Just-Friends Canon to Old Married Couple and everything in between (I’m currently writing a Pirate AU WIP), there are very few variations of Sherlock Holmes I haven’t written in. Casefic, humor, romance, horror, animal AUs, OC POVs. However, I tend to be discreet when it comes to sex in H/W stories, so if you want pages of awesome Katie-Forsythe-level Holmes/Watson bunkfic I’m afraid I’m not your man.
What you would definitely prefer NOT to work with: - As I said, not good at prolonged sex scenes. (I cut away to Watson lighting two pipes and giving one to Holmes…)

Victorian!Husbands is delightful. I think of Watson as truly loving Mary, additional wives and his feelings towards them are at the discretion of the author. A "what really happened" retelling of a case would be neat. I'm watching many of the Grenada episodes for the first time and have been working my way through the Bert Coules adaptations so nods to those would make me smile. Angst is a-ok, but so are happy endings, or both!

What you would like to receive: Anything! A cute fic might make me happiest of all but it's all great. As for what type of fic, retirement fic is awesome but very early cohabitation or hiatus or post-hiatus or Holmes ruminating on Watson's marriage... whatever creator feels like doing.
What you would definitely NOT enjoy receiving: Hmm. Same as above, with exception of smut and plotty/casefic - those are great, I just can't write them. Oh and re: AUs, I could go for a modern AU that actually felt like Sherlock Holmes (can you tell I don't like 'Sherlock'...).

I love hurt/comfort, and I adore the few bursts of intense emotion in canon (if h/c, would love to see hurt Mycroft or Watson rather than Holmes). Non-sexual intimacy, period-appropriate medical techniques, Watson being badass, Mycroft being a good brother.
