Latest submission date is Sunday 30th March, midnight Greenwich Mean Time. Assignments should be with you by 23 February latest.

If you are in any doubt of meeting it or need to drop out, please let one of the mods know *straight away* so we can reassign. If you are going to be only a little late submitting, please let us know either in a comment to this post or via PM/mods email account (acdholmesfestmods@gmail.com), letting us know how near it is to ready, and we'll offer an extension, but you must commit to meet this or all our hair will spontaneously go white and drop out, possibly not in that order.

Type of work(s) you are willing to offer: fic

What you are comfortable working with as a creator: Honestly I'm willing to try my hand at just about anything. I've written dub-con, angst, romance, het (not explicit), explicit sex, m/m/m, case-fic, AU's, but I'm more than comfortable working with other things I haven't tried.
What you would definitely prefer NOT to work with: I actually meant anything (as the matching mod on Holmestice, I really do understand what I'm saying when I say anything, hit me with your best shot).

What you would like to receive: Fic. H/W. I adore Watson and think him to be a highly competent, insightful, terribly complex man. I prefer there to be some sexual relations, explicit or merely assumed to be going on behind closed doors is fine. First time as young pups or in their retirement is cool. Victorian!Husbands is delightful. I think of Watson as truly loving Mary, additional wives and his feelings towards them are at the discretion of the author. A "what really happened" retelling of a case would be neat. I'm watching many of the Grenada episodes for the first time and have been working my way through the Bert Coules adaptations so nods to those would make me smile. Angst is a-ok, but so are happy endings, or both!
What you would definitely NOT enjoy receiving: Holmes & Watson need to end up together by the end of the story, but the journey there can include relationships with others if necessary. I don't find either one of them particularly kinky.

Any other information you would like to add: I said anything, but if you need to decide between one match versus the other, feel free to use anything I said in the what I'd like to receive section as guidance. I'm not particularly experienced at writing kink, but that has never stopped me before - I do try to be respectful of people's requests and fulfill them to the best of my ability.
