If you are in any doubt of meeting the submission deadline or need to drop out, please let one of the mods know *straight away* so we can reassign. If you are going to be only a little late submitting, please let us know via PM/mods email account (acdholmesfestmods@gmail.com), letting us know how near it is to ready, and we'll offer an extension, but you must commit to meet this or the mods will run amok and that is not a pretty sight, let me tell you.

Type of work(s) you are willing to offer: e.g. fic, podfic, art, icons [minimum 10 icons please]. We have no minimum word limit for fics but something reasonably substantial, i.e. over 1,000 words, would be nice.
What you are comfortable working with as a creator: - e.g. gen, het, slash, particular pairings/multiples, casefic, humour, h/c, angst, preferred tropes or kinks [please list], how high a rating will you go, etc: we encourage as much latitude as possible to make it easier to match and because variety is good.

Crossovers are welcome, but there must be majority ACD Holmes content, please.
Icons or macros - may be based on any of the original illustrations to the ACD stories - not just Sidney Paget's. Camden House has a very full collection.

Type of work(s) you are willing to offer: fanfic, 1-5k words
What you are comfortable working with as a creator: Holmes/Watson smut and romance, Holmes/Watson/Mary smut and romance. Have a particular penchant for the smut part but would also be happy to write first kisses etc that go no further than PG-13. Love anything involving negotiating historical context of homosexuality, and also Watson loving both Holmes and Mary at the same time. I can write casefic if pressed, but don't expect a tight mystery!

What you would definitely prefer NOT to work with: gen, het, hurt/no-comfort, rape.

What you would like to receive: Preferably fic, but art is lovely too! Slashy Holmes/Watson is always my favourite. I love them being very domestic together, loving the way the other grows and changes; but also love anything early on that negotiates their sexual histories and has the two of them fumbling around trying to work out if the other is...well...So. Porn is great, but so is emotional porn of the 'surely he will never love me OH WAIT OF COURSE HE DOES' sort, sexual and emotional tension, etc. FIRST PERSON GREATLY PREFERRED.

What you would definitely NOT enjoy receiving: Fic in which they aren't in some way romantically interested in each other (although ace-romantic Holmes is great!) Rape.

Any other information you would like to add: Retirement era fic always stops my breath with love, ESPECIALLY if it involves old H/W actually being sexual still. I also like a bit of the old 'oh gosh, what we're doing is illegal' dance.
