If you are in any doubt of meeting the submission deadline or need to drop out, please let one of the mods know *straight away* so we can reassign. If you are going to be only a little late submitting, please let us know via PM/mods email account (acdholmesfestmods@gmail.com), letting us know how near it is to ready, and we'll offer an extension, but you must commit to meet this or the mods will run amok and that is not a pretty sight, let me tell you.

What you are comfortable working with as a creator: - e.g. gen, het, slash, particular pairings/multiples, casefic, humour, h/c, angst, preferred tropes or kinks [please list], how high a rating will you go, etc: we encourage as much latitude as possible to make it easier to match and because variety is good.

Crossovers are welcome, but there must be majority ACD Holmes content, please.
Icons or macros - may be based on any of the original illustrations to the ACD stories - not just Sidney Paget's. Camden House has a very full collection.

Type of work(s) you are willing to offer: Fic, length up to around 5K words unless especially inspired, when it might be more.

What you are comfortable working with as a creator: Gen/Het/Slash/asexuality; any rating; light (e.g. clothing) or psychological kink only; first time and established relationship or friendship; retirement era is a personal favourite but I happily do Baker Street Years too. I write almost exclusively in first person a la Doyle. Happy endings, unhappy endings, ambiguous endings. Case fics, interesting OFCs, historical context/characters (e.g. appearances by The Literary Editor) and cracked levels of research a speciality.

What you would definitely prefer NOT to work with: PWP, heavy kinks,non-con, incest, Omegaverse, supernatural AUs (but don't mind supernatural themes such as ghosts etc) mpreg, soulbonding, fluff, kidfic, de-aged or genderswap

What you would like to receive: Fic or Art, following any of the above themes

What you would definitely NOT enjoy receiving: Omegaverse, mpreg, soulbonding, kidfic, genderswap, vampire/werewolf AU, fluff, bit bored with h/c right now.
