What a delightful and engrossing casefic! I adored Watson's cover story about the attach of the vengeful ghost. That was just a stroke of genius! And the uproar with the servants making the medium give credence to the story was just fantastic. That's what happens when one begins to believe one's own lies! He'd told Watson that he was "guarded" by a number of military spirits. Shouldn't mess with someone with that many bodyguards! A terrific story. Thank you!
