Just checking in to say I have a complete first draft and it's with the betas but I hope to have it ready to submit by Sunday. Shouldn't be a problem.

This is the first time I've participated, so please excuse a question I don't think is answered elsewhere, though I could have missed it. Is there any kind of maximum length for stories? Is something in the neighborhood of 5,000-5,500 words (+ Notes) too long?

There is no maximum length - longest one so far submitted is 14,000+ words !
