Such a realistically told fic with a bittersweet ending, but all the more perfect for that. I love your presentment of Holmes in this as well - how he views women themselves with respect, just not their roles. Very in line with his character, while still being an entirely different and intriguing point to ponder. Very well done, dear anon!
