Title: Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of King William’s Diamonds
Recipient:
only_po
Author:
sherlockholmes
Rating: PG (mentions of drug use)
Characters: Mary Morstan/John Watson, Sherlock Holmes, Inspector Lestrade & a variety of supporting players and villains - one whose name I’m sure you’ll recognise...
Warnings: None
Summary. An old acquaintance of Doctor Watson comes to him with a terrible problem -- he has a haunted wardrobe in his flat and it’s threatening to kill... Obviously, this is a case for none other than the great detective, Sherlock Holmes!
Disclaimer/Author Notes I tried to keep this as close to canon as possible, but I did make a few stylistic choices: I went with the William S. Baring-Gould timeline. In the canon, Mary calls Watson ‘James’ & I’ve kept that. Special thanks to my Beta readers (The A-Team) [redacted at author's request]. I love it when a plan comes together.
