Latest submission date is Sunday 30th March, midnight Greenwich Mean Time. Assignments should be with you by 23 February latest.

If you are in any doubt of meeting it or need to drop out, please let one of the mods know *straight away* so we can reassign. If you are going to be only a little late submitting, please let us know either in a comment to this post or via PM/mods email account (acdholmesfestmods@gmail.com), letting us know how near it is to ready, and we'll offer an extension, but you must commit to meet this or all our hair will spontaneously go white and drop out, possibly not in that order.

Crossovers are welcome, but there must be majority ACD Holmes content, please.
Icons or macros - may be based on any of the original illustrations to the ACD stories - not just Sidney Paget's. Camden House has a very full collection.

Type of work(s) you are willing to offer: Fic! Probably between 1000 and 5000 words.
What you are comfortable working with as a creator: Gen (might turn into pre-slash), (H/W) slash, het if not involving Holmes, Watson/Mary. I doubt that I'll manage a case fic this time, but missing scenes are an option. I'd say that character-driven fic is my strongest suit. I also like humour, h/c, unusual POVs and moderate angst. Sex scenes are not my forte but I'll do my best if desired. Any era is fine. Oh, and I appreciate prompts!
What you would definitely prefer NOT to work with: Major character death, sex without clear consent, heavy kinks, heavy angst, angst involving children.
What you would like to receive: Fic or art, and whatever floats your boat, exclusions listed above. If you'd like a more specific prompt, I'd be interested in the minor characters this time. What is the background of Mrs. Hudson? Why did Lestrade join the Yard? Does Mycroft have a lost love? There are no limits to your creativity (only mine, I'm afraid).
