This is why Watson has grey hair.

I love that Holmes is SO determined and that Watson is SO alarmed!

Poor Watson, you just know he'll spend half the evening removing stings from his ditzy husband. "Poor chap, if only you'd had a beekeeper's veil - oh wait, you DO, resting undisturbed in the garden shed where it couldn't protect you!"

"Ow. I hate wearing it, it obstructs my view. Ow. Ow."

LOL! Poor Watson! Long suffering doesn't begin to cover what Holmes puts him through. Fantastic job! I love it. :D

Oh Holmes...[facepalm]
I hope that window is firmly closed.

Hehe, brilliant. I love Watson's expression! And Holmes' too, in fact -- he looks so fiercely concentrated.

GEE I WONDER WHO MADE THIS. O.o

Haha, this picture is just precious :) I love the almost childish determination on Holmes' face; he's so cute!

I do so love the subtle colour scheme - especially the green of the curtains, sill and plant pots, and the touch of pink. And I love the fact the picture tells such a clear story - we're all completing it for ourselves, imagining the impending disaster and caught between laughing, and sympathising with Holmes. Poor Watson's expression is brilliant ^^

Watson's aghast, and it's hilarious. The expressions are priceless. The determination you've given Holmes in just the angle of a line or two is remarkable!

Holmes, single-minded as ever! Danger still lurks, and Poor Watson cannot relax, even in retirement :) Beautifully done, Anon!

Haha, the look on Watson's face! And Holmes, going after bees in dress clothes...:P

Excellent!

The way Holmes is going, Watson will need a retirement from his retirement.

There are not enough <3s for this! <3 <3 <3!

Holmes: It's perfectly safe to handle a swarm.
Watson: *Points at dubiously-secured ladder with the dodgy rung, leaning on the thinnest branch of the tree.*
Holmes: *cough* Well...

AAHH HOLMES. This is hilarious! Watson is SO CONCERNED. Holmes is just doing what he has to do. Love it.

Ah, Watson, you poor thing. And here you thought that retirement would be peaceful ... Not when Sherlock Holmes is involved. ^^

[identity profile] autumnatmidnite.livejournal.com 2014-11-26 08:22 pm (UTC)(link)
I am certain Watson doesn't share the sentiment, but this is utterly ADORABLE.

... and that determined expression on Holmes' face while his doctor has a stroke is priceless.

This is amazing, I love Holmes' determined face and his poking at bees. So, so charming.

This is so expressive and hilarious! I am totally in love with it.

Oh my gosh, I'm sorry for the late comment! (I've completely forgotten to check this lj for updates, would you believe it?)

This is so cute! Your Holmes fanart is always so utterly charming. Both their expressions/reactions are perfect. XD The colour scheme is lovely too!

Thank you!!!

Retirement is never boring with a certain Holmes around :)

[identity profile] saki101.livejournal.com 2014-12-08 12:15 am (UTC)(link)
Holmes isn't wearing any protective gear!! It's good Watson has long experience with facing danger. His expression says he might have had enough though!

whahaha!! the contrast of the calm and the alarmed is delightful. Perhaps Holmes' stateof mind will prevail, but somehow I doubt it....

[identity profile] reixilu.livejournal.com 2015-01-05 07:41 am (UTC)(link)
This comic basically sums up the duo even in retirement: "Poor Watson. Silly Holmes" XD It's funny how Holmes manages to freak his friend out after all these years - I suspect this won't be the last time Watson attends to his friend's wounds while trying not to strangle him...

I love the loose casual low-key look of this. It's darling!
