I really like it when a story makes me conflicted and this one did it very well! One moment my heart was bleeding for Watson, the next I wanted to shake him; my heart went out to Holmes, then I wanted to smack him; and then, and then...Oh dear.:) It's the way we are with real people in real life situations, and that's the real strength of this story.
