Podfic for garonne: In the Shadow of the Past

Title: In the Shadow of the Past [Podfic]
Recipient: [livejournal.com profile] garonne
Rating: Mature
Characters, including any pairing(s): Holmes/Watson
Warnings: None
Summary: Holmes would rather have avoided returning with Watson to the Alps, even years after the events at Reichenbach -- from which he's not sure Watson has ever really recovered.
Disclaimer: Holmes and Watson belong to each other, and certainly not to me.
Notes: With much thanks to Garonne for writing a wonderful story, and to the lovely [livejournal.com profile] fire_juggler for the beautiful cover art.

Oh wow, how exciting! I love podfic, and there's something very cool about listening to podfic you've written yourself. Thanks so much, dear anon! Can't wait to listen to this.

Loving both the story itself and the podficcing so far (only 10 mins in). You have a beautiful voice, anon! I'm bummed I have to wait until after this evening's rehearsal to finish listening. Well, something to look forward to!

ETA: I finally got to finish listening. Excellent podfic of a wonderful story! I'd love to know what piece of music you used at the end.

Just beautiful and so impressive in its professionalism. The music, sound effects, and a thoughtful, straightforward voice for Holmes polish this already exceptional story to a shine. I found it transporting. Well done!
